Guru-Tula may feel that He is preaching in the wind and not being heard. In Tula, brihaspati is obliged to constantly balance His expansive tendencies against the limited needs and interests of another person.

Within relationships, the Guru-Tula native may do things that may only make sense to them. One may be ambivalent about the meaning or value of human love relationships, even while pursuing multiple connections.

Justice is flat = balanced = equal.

The highest truths exceed the realm of human justice.

therefore, in Shukra-ruled balancing justice-seeking Tula - Vanika, the higher-truth quest of Guraja generally does not reach full extension of dharmic capability to reach up from the human realm into the larger view of the gods (deus, theos, theory).

Guru-Tula is locked into contractual agreements which regulate the patterns of social and material resource management.

Guru is not harmed in Thula. Yet, brihaspati's inclusive higher philosophical wisdom cannot be expressed in matters of exclusive legal contracts, equity-seeking diplomatic negotiations, and brokered deals.

Guru = not naturally a deal-maker. He prefers to profess and preach. He presents the truth As It Is, without "balancing" and adjustment to human sensual tastes [Shukra].
