For most nativities, the gemstone for Mangala may be enjoyed

  • exceptions: not Kanya and not Mithuna

for all nativities, wearing coral-toned, dark-red or red-black colored clothing will support Mangala's competitive skills and His urge to championship. (Note: the deepest blue-black tones belong to Shani whereas the deepest red-black tones belong to Angarika.

  • Mangala likes blood red and dark gold! Vigorous exercise, sexual passion and pursuit, sports competitions, and"alpha" dominating roles make Kuja happy.

  • Kuja = arya , pioneering, forward movement, muscular physique, first-arrival, winning, championship, dominance.

  • Mangala likes movement , teenage and young-adult males, brothers, competitors! Consider offering Seva to benefit military soldiers or support young men's physical interests such as sports clubs.

for all nativities, development of muscular strength and agility and awareness of the body's power to reverse-influence the mind = very suitable offerings to Professor Mangala .

Killer Bhukti Periods

Mangala_RosaNegraBaccara.jpg

According to BPHS there can be only four marana-karaka * makara * "killer" bhukti lords during the Mangala Mahadasha.

  • Rahu in 7

  • Guru maraka rules-2 only Vrizchika lagna or Kumbha lagna

  • Shani only when maraka rules-2 or maraka rules-7 + associated with malefics

maraka rules-2 +maraka rules-7 Budha can produce a critical illness for Vrishabha lagna, Simha lagna, Dhanuzya lagna or Meena Lagna

Growth challenges * difficult at first, better with experience, comfortable and pleasing results overall * during the bhukti periods of any graha which are located in:
  • 6th-from the bhava occupied by Kuja

  • 8th-from the bhava occupied by Kuja

  • 12th-from the bhava occupied by Kuja

Das commentary:

"Jupiter conjoins Mars or Jupiter is aspected by Mars or Mars is aspected by Jupiter."

"Mars' Dasha will be very fortunate and Jupiter's Dasha will be ordinary. "

Mangala Mahadasha + Mangala bhukti

The Kuja-Kuja swabhukti = the brief but fiery burst of energy which serves as the starting bell for Mangala's vigorous, forward-moving, and competitive Vimshottari Dasha.

Predict the agents and environments of the 7-year Mangala Mahadasha via the placements of Mangala in the kundali.

Social-material effects from the D-1 primarily; psycho-emotional effects (including relationship experiences) from the D-9 primarily.

Typically the action during swabhukti is emotionally energized due to the Dasha Sandhi overlap from the previous Chandra Mahadasha - also physical, immediate, and direct. Exceptions are Kuja-nichha (passive aggressive) Kuja + Shani (repressed anger) and Kuja-12 (activates links to other worlds).

Events related to bhava rulership

Leadership Duties, Public Respect, and Professional Recognition

When Mangala rules the 7th or 10th radical bhava or10th navamsha or 10th-from-Chandra, Professor Kuja carries the potential to elevate the native into socially recognized positions of career authority and responsibilities. Promotion and obtainment of professional portfolio may be expected.

Mangala-type duties are typically associated with movement, dance, energy, competition, conquest, innovation, engines and engineering, invasion, surgery, sexual pursuit, sport, physical body and its sciences, military, explosion, drilling, diving, weaponry and warfare, heat, speed, investigation, exploration, and male-dominated environments.

For maximum results, Professor Angarika should possess several strengths via bhava rulership, razi, companion graha, drizti, inter alia.

Marriage

Any Mangala period during any mahadasha may support ceremonial marriage, if Kuja rules either the navamsha-1 or the navamsha-7 AND there occurs a suitable transit of Rahu-Ketu contacting one of the required axes of the nativity. Mangala-timed marriage especially indicates the qualities of Angarika in the marital union, including a physically athletic, competitive, exploratory, innovative, dynamically energetic, or warlike mate.

Maraka Agency for Professor Mangala * Exit Opening for fleshdeath

When Mangala rules bhava-2 or bhava-7, Professor Kuja becomes a potential marana-karaka who gives teachings upon the subject of saturation (2) and balanced completion of the contract (7).

quotation from B.V. Raman, Autobiography of a Vedic Astrologer , p. 99-100:

"It has been my experience over nearly sixty years that Rahu as sub-lord, whether in his own period or in the period of other planets, would always create problems of a serious nature, affecting family and personal matters, which would Test the mental and physical stamina of an individual whatever be his social, educational, or financial attainments.

  • It is also found, contrary to general belief, that planets like the Sun and Mercury, occupying Rahu's constellations are capable of conferring happy results financially and career-wise but would create situations in domestic life, which could shatter a person's self-confidence and make him experience results which he would ordinarily never expect to happen.

There are of course exceptions which I will discuss in due course..."

What to expect from a Rahu period?

  12. Rahu-Meena
During the Kuja mahadasha one wants to be dynamically active and moving forward at all times. Mangala wants to be brotherly, combative, and sexual.

Kuja-Rahu period will bring Rahu-agents (usually competitors) who promise vitally sexualized or vigorously sporting lifestyles focused on pursuit of the prize. One may indeed self-elevate into the higher rank and its privileges while in company of the Rahu agent(s).

However toward the end of the Rahu bhukti it may become more obvious that most of the Rahu agent's claims are instinct -mirroring mimicry.

Rahu is energetic and fleshly but typically fraudulent.

Marriage

Any Rahu period during any mahadasha may support ceremonial marriage, if matched with a suitable transit of Rahu-Ketu contacting one of the required axes of the nativity.

Rahu-timed marriage show Rahu-the-Mixmaster at work. Rahu-timed marriage suggests an impulsive but goal-oriented alliance. The partner hails from a fascinatingly different set of cultural roots, a different social class or race, or a different religion; these differences facilitate Rahu's over-reaching ascent and are perceived as irresistible and exciting.

Professor Rahu sees a mesmerizing opportunity for expediently reaching His goals, and He acts decisively without delay. There is relatively little time invested in preparation for the ceremony and there may be only partial agreement of the families. So long as the partners continue to each reach their goals through agency of the union, Rahu-timed marriages may endure as long as any other. Longevity of the marriage depends upon the marriage profile elements in both nativities, particularly the 7th-from-Chandra.

Everything depends upon Rahu's ruler and Rahu's bhava.

  • POTUS-22-24 Interstate Commerce Grover Cleveland married POTUS-pair-22-24 Frances Folsom Cleveland during a quick ceremony in the Whitehouse on 02-June-1886 during his Mangala-Rahu period. After the ceremony, he went back to work. The marriage had notable Rahu qualities: He was 49; she was 21, and she had been his god-daughter since her early childhood. It was effectively a second marriage for Cleveland because he had produced an earlier "illegitimate" son who was camouflaged. However his 2nd-from-Chandra was bhava-3 in 5th-from-Rahu public relations, and the newspapers lavished attention on his new bride relieving the scandalous pressures. They were married for 22 years and produced five children.

The Mangala-Rahu period is particularly fast paced.

  • UK-PM 1874-1965 Finest Hour Winston Churchill 12-Sept-1908 Marriage-1 to Clementine Hozier * Mangala-Rahu period * gochara Rahu-Ketu Mithunaya-Dhanushya contact radical Mithunaya lagna. Although "society weddings" customarily required long preparation and elaborate ceremony, Rahu generated a sudden weekend proposal which was instantly accepted. They were married and finished their honeymoon within six weeks. Afterwards he immediately . Although their social class credentials were not dramatically different, Mr. Churchill was a volatile adventurer type prone to long and dangerous separations from his spouse.

ChurchillWinstonClementine_longmarr.jpg

The marriage of Winston Churchill and Clementine Hozier endured decades of lengthy separation, political upheaval, and terror of war. Most of their children refused to talk to their verbally abusive father and one committed suicide. Winston suffered alcoholism, obesity, and the typical curmudgeonliness of Mrigasirasa. Yet these two kept calm and carried on.

Maraka Agency for Professor Rahu * Exit Opening for fleshdeath

When Rahu's owner rules bhava-2 or bhava-7, Rahu becomes a potential marana-karaka. However it His nature to provide unexpected and taboo-breaking events of all types, and physical exit from the Earth-bubble is certainly within His bag of tricks along with many other feats of smokey illusion.

  • Superman 1952-2004 tetraplegia Christopher Reeve left his body on 10-Oct-2004 (age 52) after suffering years of recurring medical trauma traced to a tragic equestrian sports accident. For his Thula radical lagna the mahadasha of Mangala maraka rules-2 + maraka rules-7 had begun in Oct-2003, plaguing Reeve with many weakening medical issues, but it was only after the Rahu-4 bhukti started that Reeve received the final push of Rahu-4 toward a Rahu Great Leap into the material finality of end-of-things (4).

Children

Guru bhukti of any mahadasha are naturally fertile periods which tend to produce children on the basis of Brihaspati's role as a natural putra-putriki karaka without regard to bhava rulerships or other rules. Even an otherwise child-resistant nativity may produce children during Guru Bhukti, so long as samchara Rahu-Ketu are transiting a key lagna.

Higher Education and Theoretical or Doctrinal Awards

Naturally Guru's bhava determines the manifestation of this bhukti. Overall, Guru periods signify the arrival of a significant teacher-preacher figure within wise, sacred locations. The locations are often determined by the residential bhava of Guru. For example Guru-12 location would be meditative or imaginative or distant world, whereas Guru-9 would be a classic university setting but Guru-4 would be a local settlement and Guru-3 likely a commercial business.

The emphasis is on wisdom and expansion. Periods of Brihaspati the university-karaka are likely times to complete a tertiary diploma following many (Guru) years of study, particularly if Guru is otherwise associated by rashi or by bhava, and particularly if the native intends to use their knowledge in order to teach.

Marriage

Any Guru period during any mahadasha may support ceremonial marriage, if Brihaspati rules either the navamsha-1 or the navamsha-7 AND there occurs a suitable transit of Rahu-Ketu to one of the required axes of the nativity. Especially indicates a fertile mate, a philosopher, a patron, a preacher or a priest, one well suited to the role of father.

Promotion and obtainment of professional portfolio may be expected.

For maximum results, Shani must occupy a supportive angle vis-a-vis Mahadashapathi Angarika, and Shani should possess other strengths via bhava rulership, razi, companion graha, drizti, inter alia.

Marriage

Any Shani bhukti during any mahadasha may signal the timing of ceremonial wedding * formalization of alliance, if Shani rules either the navamsha-1 or the navamsha-7 AND there occurs a suitable transit of Rahu-Ketu to one of the required axes of the nativity.

Weddings matched to a jarana-karaka Shani bhukti especially indicate an elder, more experienced, or more senior mate. Shani durosha-karaka also suggests a sober and socially responsible person characterized by longevity and endurance. Shani niyama-karaka indicates that Shani-timed weddings (in any mahadasha) may be the consequence less of affection and more of social rules. The spouses may be marrying as an expression of social duty or in conformance with the expectations of others. Shani-timed events often carry the weight of pressing material-social obligations.

  8. Ketu-Vrizchika
  9. Ketu-Dhanuzya
  10. Ketu-Makara
  11. Ketu-Kumbha
  12. Ketu-Meena

Generally, Vimshottari periods of Professor Ketu are scheduled for the purpose of release and forgiveness. The substance, idea, person, relationship, entity, or social role that is surrendered during the Ketu period is by definition spiritually unnecessary. It has outlived its usefulness and it has lost its vitality Maintaining this enervated phenomenon (whatever it is) is costing too much energy within the life system. Thus it is scheduled for release at the appointed time.

Examples of things to be released include experiences from other lives which have expired in their relevance to the current life, outdated relationships that no longer match the authentic life-force energy of the native, parts of the body that may be holding genetic memories that are scheduled for release (hair, teeth, appendix, sometimes other limbs or organs) and other similar scenarios.

Professor Ketu is Rahu's dried and lifeless tail which flutters in the ethers like a flag in the wind. Therefore Ketu periods are often associated with the cutting-off of some desiccated appendage. Along with Professor Mangala, Ketu is the co-ruler of transformative randhra-bhava-8. After releasing the unnecessary form, one often begins a path toward rejuvenation.

Ketu is not desired by Rahu. Feelings of emptiness and rejection.

Before fully realizing that the Desired One no longer matches the authentic spiritual body, Ketu periods may produce a vain hope for connection with an unavailable or inappropriate person, social role, idea, or object. Before the realization of the need to release the attachment, even knowing that the desire is lifeless, one may experience the illusion of connection which dissipates into fantasy, numbness, or distraction. Desires are dispersed into "echo" awareness that one is not desired by the object of affection. This is merely an echo of one's own higher consciousness signaling that this Object is no longer suitably connected to oneself * although in other lives and other realities the Object may have been a vital companion.

The barest vestige of a faded connection

Professor Ketu often induces a feeling of attempted reconnection with a person, place, thing, or idea that was significant in a previous life or in a distant phase of the present life. However, the attachment is vestigial, no longer part of the vital script of the true present identity. Thus, connection is often unsustainable for reasons of spirit. The reasons of spirit often have more tangible echoes in reasons of social class attributes, reasons of knowledge lineage, reasons of ethnicity or race, reasons of doctrine, and other formal rationale. However the definitive reason for the "non-connection" experience of Ketu is that one sees the object of attachment in a distant mirror, as a mere reflection of an already completed script. The object, for its part, will generally not allow the native to make more than a temporary and superficial connection to itself.

Events related to bhava rulership of Ketu's ruler

Marriage

Professor Ketu is teaching a curriculum that focuses upon topics of impermanence, severance, amputation, abandonment, wandering, windiness, disemburdenment, and surrender. Naturally Ketu periods support psycho-spiritual opening of awareness and ego-dissolving projects.

Normally, the purpose of marriage is to establish a permanent and fruitful bond of mutual trust. Therefore marriage avowal during Ketu periods is rare and unusual. A marriage ceremony performed during Ketu bhukti may remain unconsummated. The spouse disappears either literally or figuratively, or the behavior of the spouse is exceptionally eccentric. Much depends on Ketu's ruler and upon any graha which may share a rashi with Professor Ketu.

Maraka Agency for Professor * Exit Opening for fleshdeath

Ketu periods carry the potential to scatter the material-world forms. The thing surrendered may be relatively inconsequential like hair or papers.

Occasionally Ketu signals abandonment of the entire body. Those "left behind" may perceive Ketu's molecular dispersal as a physical death, although in this case the person is quite aware themselves of their gassy nature and their spiritual continuity regardless of material form.

When Ketu is ruled by a graha which itself rules bhava-2 or bhava-7, Professor Ketu becomes a potential marana-karaka who gives teachings upon the subject of saturation (2) and balanced completion of the contract (7).

  • During his Mangala-Ketu period on 28-Jan-1547 England-King 1491-1547 Henry VIII Tudor died (age 55) of a septic infection compounded by obesity that was itself a likely complication of diabetes. As the tale is told, his body had become very corpulent Thus when the corpse began to disintegrate (Ketu) the particulate off-gassing (Ketu) was so voluminous that it popped the lid off (Ketu) his coffin box, and his magisterial body rolled some distance (Ketu) off the platform, before it was discovered the next morning. Ketu can give a wandering corpse.

Loss of hair.

  • In the year 1563 during a Mangala-Ketu bhukti (age 29) England-Queen 1533-1603 Elizabeth-1 permanently lost her hair during a dangerous bout of smallpox. Ketu-3 is ruled by Shani-8 suggesting that the loss was a personal trauma (8) and that it was permanent. (Shani-8 resists rejuvenation.) After recovering her fleshly vitality, Elizabeth continued to rule England for another forty years. Yet the slender Queen having lost (Ketu) her hair would wear gaudy red wigs made of dyed sheep's wool for the rest of her life.

General characteristics of a Chandra period

An era of amplified feelings for home and homeland. One may seek residence near the ocean shores, or shipbound. Retreat to safety and a secure routine. Typically, Chandra periods mark times of quiet retreat, ideally near the ocean. Emotional relationships are psychically sensitive and care-taking. Emphasis on domestic routines, food and nurturing, caring for and serving others, staying close to home.

Chandra is the garha-karaka for household life. Promoting the experience of familiar, rhythmic, routines and sheltered security Professor Chandra nearly always maintains some degree of comfort. Yet the outcome depends significantly upon the angle between jaya-karaka Mangala agent of competition and pursuit versus matri-karaka Chandra agent of stay-in-place ancestral deep roots. However any angle of Chandra may produce heightened feelings of patriotism, self-defense, attachment to parents, love of the land, need for comfortable rhythms and routines, need for security.

Generally, expect an increase in the experiences associated with Chandra such as deeper emotional sensitivity, engagement with matters of security and stability, cultural tap-roots, foundational education, patriotism, defense of national-ethnic boundaries and fenced lands, as well as matters of the mother and her folk.

The specific outcome of any Chandra period depends upon the bhava rulerships held by Chandra as measured from both the radical lagna and the Chandra-lagna. Outcomes are also affected by drishti entering Chandra, by the role of Chandra's planetary ruler, and very importantly by the bhava in which Chandra resides. Chandra is so sensitive psycho-emotionally that Chandra bhukti outcomes are also particularly influenced by transits of Rahu-Ketu or transits of Shani.

In Mangala-Chandra period, Professor Chandra seeks shelter from sudden changes and insecurity along Kuja's seven-year path of exploration, initiation, and championship. Also being the chida-dasha, Chandra needs to forgive and release unfinished projects or unfulfilled expectations which did not bear fruit during Mangala's seven year program.

  • If Mangala and Chandra are well-balanced, relentless activity can complement and supplement the quest for shelter and nurturing.

  • If the Mangala-Chandra angle is uncomfortable, expect some tension between the vigorous demands of pioneering, outward-moving energy versus the need to attend to local security and household affairs.

Effects due to karaka empowerment or bhava rulership

chida-dasha * chidra-dasha

Professor Chandra governs the final bhukti, which constitte the final seven months of the seven-year Mahadasha of Mangala.

Final bhukti requires cutting-off, relinquishment, severance, return of unusable energies, release, forgiveness

Chandra bhukti often involves mother-protector figures such as the mother, the grandmother, or Mother Earth

Dasha Sandhi

The dasha sandhi"gear shift" transition zone between the end of Budha mahadasha and the beginning of Rahu Mahadasha lasts for approximately 2.5 years.

The final year of Mangala-Chandra bhukti is powerfully influenced by Rahu, and Rahu's "creep" into Chandra's emotionally grounded, stable regime can be even more noticeable if there happens to occur a simultaneous transit of gochara Rahu-Ketu during the dasha sandhi year.

Although much depends upon Rahu's ruler and Rahu's bhava, the final year of Kuja-Chandra bhukti is often characterized by sudden uprising of ambition linked to the bhava of Rahu. Since Rahu the Disrupter is a fierce enemy of Stability-Seeking Chandra, the period may feel strangely unsettled with only a minimal sense of closure.

Despite the final-bhukti closure significations of Mangala-Chandra period, sexual-emotional (Kuja-Chandra) relationships are difficult to complete because Rahu may re-instigate attachments in the hope of using them for His own instrumental purposes.

The next 18 years of Rahu Mahadasha will generally prove to be exciting and ambitious for achievements, albeit potentially a bit reckless or over-reaching.

Events related to bhava rulership

Leadership Duties, Public Respect, and Professional Recognition

When candescent Chandra rules the 7th or 10th radical bhava or10th navamsha or 10th-from-Chandra, Professor Para carries the potential to elevate the native into socially recognized positions of career authority and responsibilities. Promotion and obtainment of professional portfolio may be expected.

Professor Somana carries the potential to elevate the native into socially recognized positions of leadership duty associated with parenting, schoolteaching, security and police protection , farming and fishing, housing and real estate, vehicles and transportation (especially the safety aspects)ritualists and routine-makers, patriotism , and all matters of nourishing and sustaining the place of settlement .

The signification of the chida-dasha does not alter the benefits of public honors bestowed, but the promotion in rank that may be obtained during this final bhukti may signify the end of a series of accomplishments rather than the beginning of a new era of authority. Typically the titles bestowed are honorific and summative in nature rather than formative for career development .

However if Rahu is strong , the empowerments granted may indeed continue into the subsequent Rahu Mahadasha.

For maximum results, Chandra must occupy a supportive angle vis-a-vis Mahadashapathi Mangala, and Professor Somana should possess other strengths via bhava rulership, razi, companion graha, drizti, inter alia.

  • Particularly for Chandra karmapathi Thula lagna and also for Makara lagna where Chandra rules 10th-from-10th, appointment to a higher position of social leadership can be expected to raise the social reputation and increase public regard.

Special considerations for Rank-and-Status Raise during the Chida-dasha

The closure-and-completion signification of the chida-dasha does not alter the benefits of public honors bestowed during the chida-dasha. Yet the promotion in rank that may be obtained during this final bhukti may signify the end of a period of respected accomplishments rather than the beginning of a new era of public responsibilities.

Typically the titles bestowed during a chida-dasha social promotion are honorific and summative in nature rather than formative toward the next phase career development. Nevertheless if Professor Somana is materially strong , the entitlement or authority received even at this time of forgiveness and conclusion may carry forward into the subsequent Mahadasha of Chandra.

Marriage

Any Chandra period during any mahadasha may support ceremonial marriage, if Chandra rules either the navamsha-1 or the navamsha-7 AND there occurs a suitable transit of Rahu-Ketu contacting one of the required axes of the nativity. Chandra-timed marriage especially indicates Chandra qualities in the marital union, including a parental mate, emotionally sensitive and responsive, a caretaker, nourisher, guardian, defender, and patriot.

Maraka Agency for Professor Chandra * Exit Opening for Fleshdeath

When Chandra rules bhava-2 or bhava-7, Professor Soma becomes a potential marana-karaka who gives teachings upon the subject of saturation (2) and balanced completion of the contract (7).

Measured from Makara lagna, Chandra obtains maraka empowerment as ruler of jaya-bhava-7. During Mangala mahadasha, Professor Chandra gains additional empowerment as the ruler of the final closure bhukti. Signification of final events regarding mothers and mother-figures is enhanced.

  • POTUS-16 Emancipation Proclamation Abraham Lincoln on 5-Oct-1818 * (Abe age 9) his mother died from "Milk Fever" which afflicted local settlers who drank the milk of cows who had eaten the white-snakeroot weed (digestible by cows but toxic to humans). Mangala-Chandra chida-dasha * Chandra ruler of 7th-from-Chandra

Measured from Mithunaya lagna, Chandra obtains maraka empowerment as ruler of dhana-bhava-2.

Q: Time for a New Start? Or stay with the known?

As a young financial professional I'm occasionally targeted by corporate headhunters, and just this week I got an incredible offer for a job on another continent earning twice my current pay with a more prestigious title.

I'd take it in a heartbeat - except I feel loyal here at work to the boss, who's told me that he admires my work and will move me up ASAP.

I haven't really been here that long, I'm restless a bit from boredom, but Boss has promised he'll find a promotion and more importantly some more interesting projects for me.

However the headhunter offer was flabbergasting, maybe a once-in-a-decade opportunity. I'm excited to feel so in-demand but I wonder if the boss can come through for me . I really like the company culture, just a bit bored.... What should I do?

yours in happy confusion,

Natasha

A: in general Natasha, it is advised to "stay put" until Rahu Mahadasha begins next spring.

You will enter the chida-dasha (final bhukti) of Mangala-Chandra in just a few weeks. Chandra likes a regular rhythmic routine. Chandra likes comfort and reliability.

The "cut-off" chida-dasha which terminates every mahadasha is designed as a time for forgiveness. The instruction for closure is to give back anything that didn't work out during the seven years of the Mangala mahadasha. If expectations where not met during the allotted roll-out, then it would be reasonable to surmise that the expectations didn't actually have your energy signature on it. Those expectations were likely insinuated into your field of perception by someone else (most commonly a parent).

Often through guilt, folks will take on projects that are not authentic but rather are the unfinished business of parents, teachers, other relatives, professors, religious pastors ... those who try to foist their own unfinished projects upon the next generation. However, unless one is sincerely interested in a project, relationship, or goal, it cant get the matching energy that it needs to stay in focus, so those inauthentic projects tend fall to the wayside.

Chida-dasha is for"cutting off", for closure, for endings, for final-tally, for the conclusion and close-the-books before opening again at the onset of the next swa-bhukti, at the beginning of the next mahadasha. During the chida-dasha, take stock: any"unfinishable" goals hanging around in the house, on the office desk, on that endless to-do list, in the mind? Especially any that have a"should"attached to them? Now is the time to release those unsustainable, unauthentic goals and RETURN the idea or the thing to the one who gave it to you."Forgive" means "give back". Give back that mismatched energy so you can make some space for your own true loves.

This is one of the most important organic cycles of the 120-year Vimshottari dasha: closure and forgiveness during the chida-dasha with no new starts , only tidying-up and finishing. Then get ready for a bold new start with a clean slate when Rahu-mahadasha starts in mid-March 2015.

Also Shani is pushing hard onto your lagna for the next six months. His three year pressurizing, disciplining, austerity campaign does not support high-energy new starts either. Shani is all about *old* duties: completing responsibilities, concluding projects, satisfying social obligations.

So all in all, considering the transit of Shani plus the Mangala-Chandra chida-dasha, the next six months = a good time to stay with the familiar (Chandra).

Plan to keep doing the forgiveness work, donate to charity any unneeded Chandra-things such as food, clothing, or vehicles which no longer serve you, let go of anything unsuitable unsatisfactory or outdated.

Relax in a Chandra-routine of familiar environment and give your boss a chance to help you make a strong career ascension when Rahu-Rahu starts. If the boss isn't able to boost you within the first two years of Rahu-Rahu swabhukti, then the headhunters will still be prowling and your Rahu-11 signifies earnings in mixed cultural settings or in foreign lands...

Jyotisha would suggest that it's good to wait comfortably, taking good care of yourself with nice nourishment and self-healing in a familiar place until Rahu gets * authentically* excited in spring.

Wishing you every happiness,

BPL Jyotisha
