I am running thru RAhu Maha Dasa and going thru the worst of the situations. I do not even know if I survive in next months before the Rahu- Jupiter period ends in April 2014. My RAHU BEING IN SECOND hOuse, and I am exactly going thru the Rahu-jupiter antardasa, I am not sure if I would cross this time and live afterwards.
At times and by experience I have experienced and been thru that Meditation can cancel or get us thru the Astrological ailments. But now I am not able to see anything of that, but going thru very hard times.

Thanks for your kind email. I am happy to know that you are studying the character of Professor Rahu via the method of living through His Mahadasha. As always the very best remedy for any astrological situation is to offer Seva.
The offering of Seva should be targeted specifically to the type of persons who have one's same condition in a slightly worse degree.
For example if one seeks to offer Seva as a method to remediate the negative effects of Rahu Mahadasha, and Professor Rahu occupies the rashi of Mithunaya where Rahula likes to twist and exaggerate the mental narrative, it can be very educational (and corrective) to offer Seva for those who are suffering mental ailments.

Therefore Seva offered to overly mentalized persons can provide a useful compare-and-contrast observation that may lead to self-correction of Rahu's default behaviors.
Rahu in bhava-2 * passion for treasuries is rarely a killer. Rahu-2 gains no marana capability unless many other conditions apply: such as (1) bhava-8 shows an abbreviated lifespan, (2) the lord of bhava-2 is a marana-graha, and (3) the subperiod of Rahu's ruler occurs during a less benevolent transit of the marana-pathi. Even these three conditions may not be adequate to trigger release from this earthly vale. If Shani occupies 8, it may be a long life indeed.
