Masculine Nativities

Bharani * Yamuna * Apa-bharanishe * Varni

BPL commentary

For Bharani births of a masculine valence, the condition of sweetly musical, artistic, harmony-seeking, negotiating, balancing, diplomacy, designing, matching, pairing, sensually pleasuring akarshana-karaka Bright Bhrigu may considerably affect the outcome.

For those born into the paradigm of Yamya, feminine figures such as sisters, aunts, and wives, along with partnerships, sensual pleasures, arrangements, valuation, pricing, equity, bargains, trades, treaties, trusts, adjustments, justice, finance, artistic beauty, treasuries, alignment, attunement, harmonies, and music, may be especially influential.

Guidance provided by instructors from the civilizations of Apis. Their purpose is acquisition of treasuries, carrying of beautiful objects , and preservation of values across the generations.

Burdened Banker Busy Bee

Zukra-ruled Bharani masculine-figures are the Money Guys. Yamuna-born are often found in the worlds of banking, valuation, capital markets, currency-trading, mints and coinage. Connoisseurs of pricing and aggressive deal-makers, they vigorously seek acquisition of precious objects. In addition to their financial abilities, due to their intuitive understanding of sound-and-color values, Bharani males may also pursue careers in music and arts. Most Bharani men can sing beautifully.

The harmonious arrangements of Apa-bharanishe may be lovely even while they vigorously compete for dominance. Their expertise in the fields of preservation, containment, and collecting may extend to wines, perfumes, fine textiles, works of art, and any commodity which may capitalize or increase in value. Like all Zukra-governed births, they must take care to avoid the misuse of drugs and alcohol.

Themes of competitive acquisition, precious sounds and song, and investment in cherished values may contextualize Bharani's terrestrial experience. Applies also to Chandra in Bharani.

QUOTATION from Shil-Ponde. (1939). Hindu Astrology Joytisha-Shastra . p 79

"A very vital character,

  • a quality which quite often leads this individual into all sorts of trouble

  • because other people are apt to be jealous, resentful and antagonistic to him.

The morals of this man are not above reproach .

He will be distinguished in many cases by some slight physical defect

  • on the lower part of the body,

  • that is below the waist."

FATHER

Hamilton's legal father was the wealthy Scottish merchant James Hamilton.

James Hamilton abandoned Alexander's mother. Mom had returned with a lover to her Caribbean birthplace, where Alexander and his elder brother James were born.

The lover (who may or may not have been Alexander's father) then abandoned the young family. His mother carried on operating a shop (where her money-bright son did the finances) until her own death when Alexander was 13.

Lagnesha makara-Surya-6 is weakened and joining a burnt, asta-harana Zukra-6

A brilliant government strategist and institutional architect (Makara) but a reactively self-reflexive respondent, Alexander Hamilton may have suffered from Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Typically this condition originates with the internalization of shame during childhood.

In the punitive and judgmental Dutch Reformed culture of the white classes of Caribbean sugar planters, his family conditions would have been adjudged to be shameful. Although obviously brilliant, he would also have been subject to righteous exclusionism, shunning, and taunting. Historians have long commented that Hamilton's obsession with honor and worthiness likely stems from his childhood trauma.

Complex father-figures and patronage = Mangala joins Chandra-Shani-Budha in 9th-from-9th, and Mangala rules pitristhana 9

Soon after his mother's death at his age 13, Alexander was adopted by another merchant living on the island. Alexander was said to bear an uncanny resemblance to this merchant's other son, not only in physique but also in character.

The adoptive father also provided for Alexander's schooling, including tuition at King's College in New York -- which led many to speculate that Alex was actually his bio-son.
