Uttarabhadrapada

  • Shil-Ponde. (1939). Hindu Astrology Joytisha-Shastra. p 85

BPL commentary: For Uttarabhadrapada natives, the disposition of Shani considerably affects the outcome.

"...most fortunate... usually indicates a man of means ,

  • well-to-do if not wealthy.

A man who owns property and has the ability to earn money

  • and also to spend it wisely and constructively.

Being a passive type, his well-being may be inherited or bequeathed to him

  • but if he achieves his own success

  • he will do so without the corollary of someone else's misfortune .

He is very intelligent

  • and is charitable

and generous to those less fortunate than himself."

Distinctive features of the Nativity

BirendraBikramShah_Dasha1.png

Surya * pitrikaraka

  • bhratrupathi-3 + rogesha-6 + randhresha-8
  • Birendra's radical Surya, karaka for Kingship= 13 deg Dhanuzya

Birendra was a well-loved king in Nepal. The most devoted of his Hindu subjects saw him as a manifestation of Shri Vishnu. Even those who disliked the monarchy were able to admire Birendra as a person. He was broadly perceived as a responsible and diplomatic leader of his small kingdom sandwiched between the giant countries of India and China.

Chandra * matrikaraka * garha-karaka

Kuja * bhratru-karaka * virya-karaka

Budha * bandhava-karaka * zisya-karaka

Guru * dhavakaraka * bahuta-karaka

Somana-yuti-Guru

lagnesha + Gajakeshari yoga in randhra bhava-8 + nichha-Kuja in putra bhava = abundance of hidden forces, ultimately destroyed by one's own child

Zukra * svadhu-karaka * kalatra-karaka

double randhresha-8 Zukra = BOTH lord of 8th-from-lagna and 8th-from-Chandra

Zukra gains strength via parivartamsha yoga with Guru

Shani * duro-karaka * jara-karaka

QUOTATION from Wikipedia:

" The and most of his family (including Queen Aiswarya) were massacred at a royal dinner on 1 June 2001.

It is still unclear that who is behind the royal killings... Nepalese people believe that Gyanendra is the main suspected mastermind behind the royal palace massacre...

However, according to published reports, his eldest son and heir, Dipendra (photo), was apparently the gunman, but he himself died a few days later of gunshot wounds suffered during the massacre."

Birendra's younger brother, Gyanendra, (photo) became king after the murders, totaling 12 deaths.

Unlike the gracious, cosmopolitan Birendra, the younger Gyanendra has an aggressive, militaristic style, and is intensely disliked. (Gyanendra was later deposed.)"

Rahu * rajyalobha-karaka * picchala-karaka (slippery)

Ketu * kavandha-karaka * chidra-karaka

Ketu in bhava-10 = Rahu in bhava-4

Rahu-4 = "end of things "

natal Rahu-Ketu engages Shani, Zukra, and Surya

  • quickly ascending, unusual, or unstable conditions in the early childhood home; parents unpredictable; disrupted or foreign education

"nodal opposition"* gochara Rahu-Ketu had returned to their natal axis = 4/10 = home/government

gochara nodes activate:

  • rogesha-6 Surya
  • bhratrupathi-3 + randhresha-8 Zukra
  • Vriddhipathi-11 + ruler-of-12 Shani

dhanapati-2+dharmesha-9 Kuja:

Nepal_Dipendra.jpgBirendra's eldest son Dipendra = social-emotional problems, judging by the nichha-amza Kuja in bhava-5. In fact,
  • dhanapati-2+dharmesha-9 in bhava-5 gives Birendra treasuries and religious status, but it's largely ruined by the nichha Kuja.

  • The eldest son is deranged enough to be violent, given vidyapathi-5 Chandra in bhava-8. vidyapathi-5 in bhava-8 shows the eldest child as a violently deranged perpetrator agent in the native 's death.

Lord of 'loss of career" through the agency of dharmesha-9 = maraka Kuja, representing the eldest son.

Nepal_Gyanendra.jpgZukra-yuti-Ketu

Does the younger brother want the older brother's job? Yes - see L-3+randhresha-8 Zukra, combust, in native's bhava-10 for career.

  • Zukra positions at 5 deg of Dhanau, while Ketu rests at 7 deg. Ketu is heading toward Zukra.

  • The younger brother is prevented, like Ketu, from connecting with his 'head' Rahu.

  • Ketu's role is to 'maintain disconnection'.

  • Is Zukra a killer though? No. Not directly. Zukra is a schemer and pretender to the throne, a poseur and eventually a false monarch.

  • Why false? Because Ketu and

Zukra's moudhya-dosha damages Zukra's connection with ethical kingship, which is Surya.

  • Even as rogesha-6 (which bring much animosity, poverty, and

illness into the King's leadership portfolio) Surya Dhanau has a great deal of dignity in radix-10.

Birendra's nativity is marked for reduced longevity due to Chandra in 8 lacking Viparita Raja Yoga.

Jyotisha indicators suggest that: the killer likely was Dipendra = nichha-Kuja-5. This difficult son was a loose cannon, notoriously spoiled, infamous for his social and emotional problems. His emotional immaturity and history of unpunished aggression was exacerbated by his Father's indulgent, violent-change tolerating disposition = Gajakeshari yoga in randhra bhava

  • When Birendra entered the double-intensity period of maraka L7 Budha, the strength of Budha from Saptamsha lagna kicked in, and the personality (lagna) his son Dipendra dominated everything.

  • Gyanendra is a false king and a scheming opportunist, but he is probably not a murderer.

  • Zukra gives a desire for something which cannot be had in this life for Gyanendra, which is ethical kingship. Birendra's own kingship was definitely marred by Zukra's sensual entitlements, disconnection from the people, and the whole cult of popular religion toward the king (Dhanusha, messed up by Ketu/Shani.)

Yet, Birendra had a sincere love of his tradition, lands and peoples - see Surya rising in Karkata Navamsha . Gyanendra, represented in Birendra's radix as L-3+randhresha-8 , is only an agent of destructive change .
