from wikipedia: Siddhi

Ashta Siddhi * Eight primary siddhi

  1. " Anima: reducing one's body even to the size of an atom
  2. Mahima: expanding one's body to an infinitely large size

  3. Garima: becoming infinitely heavy
  4. Laghima: becoming almost weightless

  5. Prapti: having unrestricted access to all places
  6. Prakamya: realizing whatever one desires
  7. Istva: possessing absolute lordship
  8. Vastva: the power to subjugate all"
parakAyapravezana - (prakrit) Parkaya Pravesh
  • Kaya * body

Parakaaya pravezana * the psychic skill of inserting one's own soul-entity (a package of intelligences and memories) into the soul-entity of some other being.

The being many be humanoid (easier) or non-humanoid, albeit the more common situation is human-to-human.

One dramatic application of this skill is the power to enliven an apparently dead body, although the body must have been very recently abandoned so that cell deterioration has not begun.

hadi vidya

had = evacuation

kadi vidya

kad = pain

hadi yoga - hadi vidya

indicates the empowerment to be free of needing to evacuate the bowels. This particular freedom is obtained via not eating food while nevertheless remaining awake and healthy.

It is the knowledge of how to maintain health using the essential nutrients in prana via practice of pranayama which holds the key to liberation from the cycle of food-eating.

kadi yoga - kadi vidya

indicates the empowerment to be free of suffering the pain that humans usually feel when exposed to extreme environmental temperatures.

This particular freedom is obtained via detailed meditations upon the nerve sheath that surrounds and interpenetrates the flesh-body. This nerve-sheath consists of not only the physical skin and its nerve network, but the psychic extension of the network which wraps the body in a thick electro-magnetic field. It is the knowledge of the structure and function this field which holds the key to temperature sensitivity.

" nima" * 'measure, adjust, tailor, size'

a-nimaa siddhi * anima vidya

  • " shrink"

maha-nimaa siddhi * mahima vidya

  • " grow"

Nima vidya * the intelligent skill required to expand or contract the flesh-body-extension. It is a tailoring * Sizing skill.

The earthen body resides within the spiritual body. The complete body of an incarnated human is approximately 10-12 feet tall and 4-6 feet wide. The earthen body is a much smaller and denser kernel which forms around the body's energetic core and which has tangible 3-D mass * conventionally called "meat-body" ,"flesh-body" , "food-eating-sheath" a nnamayakosha, etc.

The flesh-body is an extension of the core genetic program. Its tangible physical dimensions represent the genetic default. That default can be reprogrammed, making the flesh-body appear to expand or contract according to the directions of the replacement code.

Our core being has no physical dimension; we literally grow a physical body from the core initiating package of thoughts, desires, intentions, and expectations extended out according to biological rules into a complex expression of those thought-and-feeling pairs.

The initiating 'birth' urge supplies the fuel source that energizes the 'plan for unfoldment'. However, what can be expanded can also be contracted. That which can be built-out can also be shrunk-in with no loss of integrity. As above, so below. As within, so without.

The skill to expand * MAHA-NIMA * or contract *A-NIMA * the flesh-body can be acquired via study of the process of taking birth. One studies the esoteric rules for building the flesh-entity via geometrical extension of the core urges, and logically then learns to minimize the extensive scope of the flesh body by reversing the build-out mandate to a shrink-in command.

vayu gaman siddhi
  • vayu * 'wind, air'
  • gamana * 'going, movement'
  • (e.g., 'divi-gamana' * 'planets' * divine-goers)
Those who learn how to "go" (gama) via the "wind" (vayu) are holders of the empowerment called vayu-gamana siddhi.

The process involves trans-location of The Earthen-body, via the (conscious or unconscious) disconnection (Ketu, wind) from one of the lower magnetic fields of the earth's surface.

As soon as it escapes the grasp of the time-field, the flesh body lifts into the wind and travels rapidly . The experience is one of nearly instantaneous travel from one locale to another.

Humans fly nightly in unconscious but alert dream states. It is a relatively small step to do the same activity during the conscious waking state.

Travel beyond the Earth-bubble to other worlds is permitted, and frequently enjoyed, by those who are willing to release [Ketu] their attachment to the heavy but secure feeling (gravity, density) of earth's surface tension.

laghima siddhi
  • lagh * laghi * laghiman * 'light, quick, insubstantial'

garima * gariman siddhi

  • gar * gari * gariman * 'heaviness, weight, dignity' [Guru]

The human body is made from light.

Laghi-siddhi and gari-siddhi are discovered via the realization and application of this fact, and skillful use of capacity to project the flesh-body particulate structure with elements either far apart, sparse, uncompressed (laghi) or close together, dense, compressed (gari).

Like all siddhi empowerments, laghi-siddhi and gari-siddhi are not obtained as an external object to be acquired, but rather they are available to be discovered as preternaturally existing states of internal awareness. The discovery is effected via removing the blockage caused by a veil, drapery, or cloud-cover composed of ignorance or inattention.

Having uncovered the light-nature of the human body, practitioners are naturally able to travel along a network of light-rays such as via the rays of the Earthen Sun .

Light rays are emitted by billions of other stars as well of course. The siddha may enjoy at will, a'free ride' upon any of these radiant lines of Public Transit.

kanaka-dhara siddhi
  • kanaka * 'gold'
  • dhara * 'wave-form, stream, current, flow'

Every substance has a wave-frequency. We are surrounded and interpenetrated by uncountable frequency patterns.

Humans typically perceive a very small portion of the available frequencies. However, as with the discovery of radio waves, when the time is right, we can learn to detect and utilize previously hidden wave forms. These discoveries may be either wonderful or terrible, depending on the purposes to which the new power is applied.

Learning to isolate the wave-form for manifesting of the substance called aurum (gold) is a matter of the study of sacred geometry. Ancient yantra designs, if properly understood, may provide a mnemonic key to the formula.

KanakaDharaSiddhi_WaveForms.jpg

Ishta * Ishita * Istva Siddhi
  • ishta * 'desire, hearts-desire, beloved'

Ishta siddhi *manifestation of desire. This vidya provides the power to enact, via intelligent awareness, apassionately desired outcome. The scale of the outcome may be very small or very large, involving only one mosquito or an entire village of people.

A famous example in western culture is the love-powered loaves and fishes miracle of Jeshua.

Ishta siddhi can be equally successful in manifesting a compassionately motivated desire or a selfishly motivated desire; therefore like all siddhi empowerments it is morally neutral.

" The miracle o f seven : five loaves and two fish feed 5000"

Gospel of Matthew 14:13-21

Gospel of Mark 6:30-44

Gospel of John 6:1-15

King James Version * KJV

" 10 And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them, and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.

11 And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spake unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing.

12 And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve, and said unto him, send the multitude away, that they may go into the towns and country round about, and lodge, and get victuals: for we are here in a desert place.

13 But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, we have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people.

14 For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, make them sit down by fifties in a company.

15 And they did so, and made them all sit down.

16 Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.

17 And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets."

prapti siddhi
  • prapti * 'reach, range, obtainment, attainment'
Prapti siddhi is revealed when the student realizes that the previously supposed natural barriers between objects, specifically the barrier of linear distance in space, is indeed an optional perception.

Should one opt to disengage the normal presumption that linear distance is a required element of the perceptual field, the decision to remove 'distance' as a factor in the formula can result in the elimination of 'distance' from the perceptual field.

Thus distance can be"dis-perceived' or ignored; we can act as if it does not exist (because in fact it doesn't).

The English prefix "tele-" means 'distant' (telescope, television, telephone). Many terrestrial persons are born with telekinetic (movement) and tele-audient (hearing) capabilities which allow them to move objects and hear sounds at a farther range than considered normal.

Prapti siddhi requires the suspension of belief in one of the key positioning-orienting perceptions of earth-life, naamely linear distance.

However, teleportation may be second nature for those recently arrived from other realms or those schooled in faith-traditions which honor the visitations of spirits and miracles.

prakamya siddhi
  • kama (noun) * willpower
All humans in human-supporting realms and very specifically humans in the Earth realm are granted the empowerment of Free Will .

Kama is a sacred privilege here in Gaia *Terra.

Few realize the immense power of free will. However, it is our greatest gift and with careful attention we may learn to use it to great effect.

Vashita Siddhi
  • vasita (adjective) * 'populating, inhabiting, dwelling, clothed by'
  • meaning 'constraint, containment, inhabitation, indwelling'
Vashita Siddhi is a general term for the empowerment to bring other beings under one's own roof, to share one's dwelling either literally or metaphorically, or to reside in agreement with the siddha.

It is often the expression of a parental, protective, caretaking desire on the part of the siddha.

Kama-vasayita Siddhi
  • kama (noun) * 'willpower'
  • vasaya * 'intense focus, containment, restraint, control'
Kamavasayita Siddhi is often mistranslated as the"suppression of the passions " but nothing could be farther from the truth.

The collection of skills summarized in the term kama-vasayita siddhi indicates restraint, concentration and containment as a practice of focusing the will * kama.

For example, the type of containment and focus produced by an electron microscope involves intense concentration of attention upon small particulate patterns. Like pouring sunlight through a magnifying glass, the kamavasayita siddhi" suite of empowerments " produces abundant heat, light, and creative power.
