If negative conditions apply, terror of rejection generates  perfectionism, vindictive blaming of others (e.g., blaming the poor for poverty). Impatient  and intolerant. A brilliant  and successful liar, who insists that his actions are always praiseworthy.

Under positive conditions, Krittika's sharp social criticism may create a prophet or social reformer of great merit.

Krittika's psycho-emotional condition initiates in the current life when the mother does not sufficiently nurture her infant. Although she may care for the child publicly, and she may live her entire life in firm denial of the fact, indeed the mother did not want the child.  

The child knows this in utero, and the child feels her disinterest after birth in the form of insufficient holding, inadequate access to the breast, and the mother being too busy with distractions such as other children, studies, or work. The child compensates by working extra hard to gain the mother's attention, and the child becomes a "praise junkie" trying harder and harder to gain full  and lasting approval. 

Inside, he becomes extremely critical of himself to the point of self-hatred, but lavishly indulges himself with every form of rich nutrient he can obtain. Krittika natives are particularly prone to self-medication with alcohol because of the liquid-feeding experience mixed with the mind-numbing drug that dumbs down his internal self-criticism. 

Criticism of others is also his weapon, used to destroy others who may be competing for the praising attention he so desperately craves.
