Shani drishti to (1) Zukra bandhupathi and (2) bhava-4. Banker to the Poor 1940- microcredit Muhammad Yunus * designed the system for addressing the plight of those ravaged by poverty that provides micro-credit loans to the poorest agricultural women, enabling their prosperity while they remain in the bondage to the land.

Zukra-12 rules childhood home. Yunus grew surrounded by the deep poverty and pervasive violence of Bangladesh, but autobiographically he recalls a pleasant childhood filled with books. His mother was emotionally disordered Chandra-yuti-Ketu however the ruler of 4 in 12 is not harmful and the fact that he achieved a PhD also attests to the stability of the homelife.

Banker to the Poor 1940- microcredit Muhammad Yunus * * nichha Shani-10 rules contracts-7 and revolutionary transformation-8. Professor Yunus created a type of contract which catered to the extremely poor and destitute subsistence farmers (nichha-Shani bottom ranks) in his notoriously corrupt (nichha-Shani) homeland of Bangladesh. As a professor of economics, he understood the economic system (Shani rules 11th from 10) built on racism and bloodlines. His methods used extremely small amounts of capital (Shani) to build agricultural wealth very, very slowly (Shani). Also Shani drishti upon Zukra vriddhipathi.

Rahu * rajyalobha-karaka * picchala-karaka (slippery)

  • Rahu-Kanya * mask of exploitation, argument, humble service ministry
  • Rahu in bhava-6 * privilege via glamorous or unusual arguments, conflicts, medicines, servants, accusation, injustice ; seeks a special, important role in matters of disease, injury, warfare, labor, unfairness, toxicity * Opportunistic, ambitious enemies. 6 is a highly successful location for boundary-breeching, risk-seeking Rahu.

Banker to the Poor 1940- microcredit Muhammad Yunus created loan contracts for microloans. The contracts were negotiated between the poorest of the poor agricultural women (often a group of such women) and the lending bank. Not only had this category of person (impoverished women, acting independently of their husbands) never been seen as eligible to enter a legal contract; also the contracts could be made between the bank and a collective group. Other features of the women's status, such as their subservience to their husbands per religious law, remained in effect. However for the purpose of this single loan contract, they were elevated to the status of legal promissory signatories. Lacking literacy, they made an alternative sign (alternative Rahu-produces effects of Budha signs).

Ketu * kavandha-karaka * chidra-karaka

  • Ketu-Meena * incomplete clairsentience, empty dreams, dissolute guidance

  • Ketu in classroom-9 * absentee father-figures * no barriers in doctrine, disregards teachings, vacuous philosophy, irrelevance of the catechesis

  • Chandra-yuti-Ketu * surrendered sensitivity, empty feelings, apathetic parenting
